Former Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang dies in China

China Central Television CCTV reported the death of former Premier of the State Council of China, Li Keqiang, at the age of 68.
According to Xinhua agency, Li Keqiang was on vacation in Shanghai. On October 26, he suffered a heart attack. Doctors made attempts to save the politician, but the next day, October 27, at 0:10 local time (October 26, 19:10 Moscow time), he died.
Li Keqiang was appointed Premier of the State Council of China in March 2013 and was re-elected to a second five-year term in 2018. In March 2023, he left his position and was replaced by Li Qiang. Li Qiang was included in the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China last year (Li Keqiang was not included in the new composition of the Communist Party Central Committee).
