Former special forces soldier of the Alpha group Vadim Ustavshchikov died in the village of Krasnaya Poima, Moscow region, in a fire, reports the Telegram channel Mash.
In the 1990s, the special forces soldier participated in the campaign to defend the sovereignty of Nagorno-Karabakh. In civilian life, he worked as the director of a private security company and was involved in the security of construction sites in the Far North.
Ustavshchikov’s body was found under the rubble of the building where the fire occurred.
