A viral video about mole worms (tincture on dead moles) that suddenly went viral on the net surprised even seasoned experts and forced the sanitary authorities to issue an appeal to dear Russians not to use tinctures on rodents inside – at least to avoid worms. The reason for the discussions was a post on Twitter by a certain Perfect Ilushen, dedicated to a tincture on moles, the existence of which few people knew until now. According to Perfect, he drank it, it ran down his lips, it got into his mouth. He even shared the recipe. Quite simple: take a dead animal, put it head down in a jar and pour alcohol for several weeks.

In addition, Ilyushen spoke about a familiar “mole” (similar to a sommelier) from YouTube, who allegedly tried the mole and called it “scaldingly daring” and better than the snake. “Krotovye” recommended treating the drink as a medicine. By itself, from all diseases.

Users became so interested that they began to search for information about the mole on the Internet and create various memes in her honor. Krotovukha quickly became the word of the day on Russian-language Twitter. It was even named our original pre-holiday drink, which reflects the overall impression of the outgoing year.

Some, however, doubted the reality of the existence of the mole. But Rospotrebnadzor, just in case, turned to compatriots not to joke with such drinks. Experts emphasize that alcohol does not destroy the pathogens of zooanthroponic and helminthic diseases. In some areas, 70-80% of the population of burrowing animals can be affected by round worms that live in their stomachs, clarifies Rospotrebnadzor. At the same time, the department notes that “the use of mole worms is a mortal danger, since moles often become infected with worms and can be carriers of infections.”

“Here you need to understand that all these tinctures on moles, on mice, on shrews, on scorpions, on horse hooves, are made for the sole purpose. – What is the danger of such tinctures?

– In the same way as any other alcohol-containing product. Everything that is concomitant in these tinctures is of no importance. Only ethyl alcohol matters, which in itself is a very aggressive poison for the body, and it exerts its destructive effect.

And on what this alcohol will be infused, on what animals, plants, mosquitoes, etc. – none of that matters. Therefore, there is no benefit from this. But the damage is great. The whole body suffers as well as with the use of any alcoholic product. For the gastrointestinal tract, the harm is huge. This is a provocation of peptic ulcer, and various erosive gastritis.
