Forecasters of the Hydrometeorological Center predicted a sharp warming in Central Russia next week, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand.
Vilfand said that warming is expected mainly in the second half of the week, and the temperature will start to rise from Wednesday, and on Thursday it will reach 25 degrees.
“On Wednesday, 18-23 degrees, and on Thursday the temperature will be in the range of 20 to 25 degrees,” the report says.
Vilfand noted that such indicators exceed the norm by 1-2 degrees. He also indicated that during this period in St. Petersburg it will be even warmer than in Moscow, also by 1-2 degrees.
