Forecaster Shuvalov predicted a cold snap in Moscow over the weekend

Head of the prognostic center “Meteo” Alexander Shuvalov told the TV channel “360” about the upcoming cooling in Moscow.
The forecaster said that the cooling of the capital will take place in two stages. First, at the weekend, nighttime temperatures will drop to minus five to ten degrees, and in the daytime to minus three to five.
The second stage of cooling will take place from February 7 to 10: at night the temperature will reach minus 15 degrees, and in the daytime – up to minus 8.
Shuvalov also noted that the February cooling will not be accompanied by precipitation.
“Little snow can be, in some places it is moderate, but nothing more,” the forecaster said.
Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand said that this week there will be “March weather” in Moscow. According to the meteorologist, the air temperature in the capital will not drop below minus two degrees.
