Forecaster Pozdnyakova said that 30-degree heat will come to Moscow in July
Tatyana Pozdnyakova, the chief specialist of IA Meteonovosti, said in a publication on her telegram channel that residents of the Russian capital should not expect hot weather before the arrival of July.
The forecaster claims that this summer will have the usual features that are characteristic of the climate in Russia, and the coming season will be within the climatic norm. She clarified that the prevailing temperature during the day will be from 20 to 25 degrees Celsius, and at night from 12 to 14.
Pozdnyakova noted that fans of the 30-degree heat will have to “be patient until July”, adding that this month the temperature at night will be about 17 degrees Celsius.
As the specialist noted, this season the amount of precipitation is expected to be in the range of 220-270 mm, which is in line with climatic indicators, but July may be rainier than usual.
