Forbes has published a rating of the 20 richest women in Russia – Kommersant

For the first time in the ranking of the 20 richest women in Russia magazine Forbes included seven participants whose fortune is estimated at over $ 1 billion. Previously, the number of such women did not exceed three. The total amount of capital of women included in the rating increased to $25.7 billion against $25.3 billion in 2021 (then the last rating was published). The top was headed by the CEO of Wildberries Tatyana Bakalchuk.

16 of the 20 participants in the rating received their assets by inheritance, during a divorce, or through participation in a family business. Including several participants received their assets after they were transferred to their husbands or fathers after being on the US and EU sanctions lists in 2022.

The top 10 rankings included:

1. Tatyana Bakalchuk, CEO of Wildberries, owns a 99% stake in the marketplace, the capital is $7 billion,
2. Tatyana Litvinenko, owns 20.6% of Phosagro shares, capital – $ 2.8 billion,
3. Varvara Skoch, owns 15% of USM holding, capital – $ 2.5 billion,
4. Marina Mordashova, owns 52% of Nordgold, capital – $ 1.85 billion,
5. Lidia Mikhailova (with family), owns 80% of the shares of the Cherkizovo group, capital – $ 1.55 billion,
6. Elena Baturina, sold the Inteko company, capital – $ 1.3 billion,
7. Victoria Mikhelson, owns a 2.3% stake in Novatek, capital – $ 1.2 billion,
8. Evgenia Guryeva, owns a 4.82% stake in PhosAgro, capital – $ 875 million,
9. Ekaterina Fedun, owns a 1.2% stake in LUKOIL, capital – $ 800 million,
10. Lyudmila Kogan, owns 82% of the shares of Uralsib Bank, BFA Development, capital – $ 725 million.

The rating also includes Lidia Sulteeva (Vulkan holding company, worth $675 million), Olga Belyavtseva (producer of baby food and Progress mineral water – 35%, proceeds from the sale of shares in Lebedyansky juice producer $600 million), Elena Rybolovleva (payments ex-husband under a settlement agreement, $600 million), Tatyana Kovalchuk (Sogaz, $575 million), Lilia Rotenberg (TPS Real Estate Holding Limited – 33%, $500 million), Tatyana Kuznetsova (NOVATEK – 0.19% of shares and funds from the sale of the company’s shares, $450 million), Larisa Alekperova (LUKOIL – 0.2% of the shares and Modern Investment Systems – 10%, $425 million), Marina Sedykh (10.6% of INK-Capital, $425 million), Maria and Tatyana Filevy (25% of S7 shares and $400 million each).
