Footballers from Ivanovo “Textilshchik” began performing in the spring stage of the “Silver” division of the Second League “A”. The Ivanovo team returned from vacation on January 12 and held two full-fledged training camps in 1.5 months of preparation. The red-blacks first developed the physical skills of the players, restoring physics, and then the coaching staff gave the players tactical and game load. During the training camp, “Textilshchik” played a number of friendly matches and played them in different ways.
The start of the 2024 season for Tekstilshchik turned out to be successful. The red-blacks first shared points with Dynamo Bryansk, and then in the away match they beat Torpedo Miass, which debuted in the Silver division. “Textilshchik” hasn’t had such a successful period for a very long time. For the first time since September 2023, Tekstilshchik did not lose in two matches in a row. Tekstilshchik’s last successful stretch of two matches was recorded in September, when Igor Kolyvanov’s team beat Novosibirsk and shared points with Chelyabinsk.
The next match of the “Silver” division will be held by Ivanovo “Textilshchik” on March 18. The red-blacks will host Kaluga at their home arena.
