Footballer Ozdoev compared salaries in Russia and Greece

Footballer Magomed Ozdoev (plays as a midfielder for the Greek club PAOK and the Russian national team) in an interview spoke about the ratio of player salaries in leading clubs in Russia and Greece. “Championship” reports this.
In the top clubs of the Russian Premier League (RPL) and in the leading Greek clubs, players receive approximately the same money, Ozdoev noted. The exception is the stars who played in the RPL, whose contracts are obviously “more expensive” than in Greek clubs, where there were simply no players of this level.
“If you don’t take the stars who came to the RPL. In Greek football there is simply no money to buy such players,” notes the midfielder. “It seems to me that in Greece there were no top players of the Hulk’s level.”
At the same time, star players such as Rodriguez or Marcelo play in Greek clubs, says Ozdoev. “They didn’t come to Olympiacos for small salaries, but they didn’t have to pay for them. And they paid for the Hulk,” notes the footballer.
Let us remind you that Magomed Ozdoev has been playing for PAOK since August 7 this year; he managed to play 15 matches for this club, in which he scored two goals. Previously, he played for the Turkish club Fatih Karagumruk.
