FC “Torpedo” signed a cooperation agreement with the Sports Support Fund of the Chelyabinsk Region and AZ “Ural”
The day before in Chelyabinsk, at the Vidgof Grand Hotel, a signing ceremony of cooperation agreements between FC Torpedo from Miass with the club’s partners – the Chelyabinsk Region Sports Support Fund and AZ Ural took place. The documents were signed by the director of FC Torpedo Ruslan Mullagaliev, the executive director of the Chelyabinsk Region Sports Support Fund Pyatras Danilyavichyus and the general director of AZ Ural Pavel Yakovlev.
The agreement will allow building a club vertical, implementing a development strategy aimed at popularizing and developing football in Miass, as well as making the brand recognizable.
According to the head of the club, Ruslan Mullagaliyev, this is a long-awaited and responsible event for Torpedo.
We are sincerely glad that we signed the agreements. In turn, they impose on us a great responsibility to our partners, – said the director of FC Torpedo. – We will solve the problems of promoting the club in the region, striving to make football an even more massive and popular sport in Miass.
In turn, Pavel Yakovlev, General Director of AZ Ural JSC, recalled that the Torpedo football club is one of the oldest in the region, and the history of the enterprise is inextricably linked with the history of the football club.
– In June last year, the football club “Torpedo” celebrated its 80th anniversary. Back in 1941, the team was organized by employees of the ZIS workers evacuated to Miass, – he recalled the historical milestones of the plant and the team. – We will continue to cooperate with the football club and help the team. It is especially important for us that the boys who come to the stadium see what they can strive for. Today, more than ever, we need people who will live in Miass and work at a car factory.
The head of the enterprise also emphasized that in addition to financial support, AZ Ural would provide Torpedo with information support, as well as cooperate in the distribution of tickets – most of the club’s fans are somehow connected with the plant.
