Football in Crimea: Simferopol “Tavriya” won the CFS Cup final

The decisive match of the Crimean Football Union Cup of the 2023 season took place in Simferopol on December 2. “Tavriya” and “Kyzyltash” competed in the fight for the honorary trophy.

In the second half, the Simferopol team managed to seize the initiative, which resulted in two goals scored at the end of the meeting. In the 84th minute, Remzi Ramazanov, who had just come on as a substitute, finished off a corner kick from Dmitry Matvienko, who had just come on as a substitute. And Andrey Gaidash summed up the result of this meeting in the 89th minute, taking advantage of a gross mistake by the Kyzyltash defenders and goalkeeper. As a result – 3:1, “Tavriya” becomes a two-time winner of the Crimean Football Union Cup!
First Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Efim Fiks, Minister of Sports of the Republic of Crimea Olga Torubarova and President of the KFU Sergei Borodkin took part in the awards ceremony for the teams.
