FOM reported a decrease in the number of anxious Russians to 56%

The Public Opinion Foundation recorded a drop in the anxiety level of Russians from November 28 to December 4. According to the FOM survey (.pdf), in a week the number of Russians with anxious moods decreased from 59% to 56%.

The survey involved 1.5 thousand respondents from 53 regions. The Russians were asked to answer the question, what mood prevails among their family friends and colleagues. A calm mood among their entourage is observed by 38% of Russians. 6% of respondents found it difficult to answer.

According to past FOM polls, the number of anxious Russians has risen since September 18. On September 21, partial mobilization was announced in Russia. On September 25, 69% of Russians were in an anxious mood, and over the period from October 2 to 9, this figure rose to 70%. The number of anxious Russians began to fall after October 9th.
