Leading specialist of the Phobos Weather Center Mikhail Leus said that the anticyclone from the north is gradually beginning to bring cold air to Moscow and the Moscow region.
The meteorologist said that in the near future the earth’s surface and the layer of air adjacent to it at night will begin to give off heat to the atmosphere, and moisture will begin to condense in the air, creating fogs, especially thick near water bodies.
In some regions, visibility in the morning will be several hundred meters.
Leus in his Telegram channel advised Muscovites to be careful while driving.
