Flying skiers from Sakhalin won two silver medals at all-Russian competitions

Sakhalin residents Diana Ermolenko and Nikita Belenok won silver medals at the All-Russian ski jumping competition “Stone Flower”. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Sports.
The competition took place in Nizhny Tagil and brought together more than 120 flying skiers from Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
According to the results of the K-40 springboard jumping among girls 12-14 years old, Diana became second, showing a result of 217.6 meters, losing 1.8 meters to the winner.
Nikita competed in the “boys 15-17 years old” category on the K-60 springboard and, showing a result of 227.7 m, rose to the second step of the podium. The Sakhalin resident was separated from the gold medal by 1.7 meters.
