Fitness blogger, director of Men Today magazine Dmitry Putylin said on the air of the radio station “Moscow Speaks” that even after the age of 40 sports are quite effective. According to him, the myth about slowing down the exchange of substances and the futility of training was invented by those who need excuses.

He also reminded people of the right age that after the age of 40, the basic capabilities of the body do not fundamentally decrease.
