Finland is investigating whether Russia’s proposal on the situation with blocking the accounts of diplomatic missions is suitable for the country. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country Pekka Haavisto.

He explained that Russia had banking problems in Finland and diplomats were trying to help the Russian missions. “The freezing of Finnish accounts was ‘reciprocity’ on the part of Russia because of their problems.
