[ad_1]

Tax collections in September 2022 amounted to 2.4 trillion rubles. This is 1.7 times less (or 41.4%) than the March figure. This is evidenced by the data of the report of the analytical service of the audit and consulting network FinExpertiza, which Kommersant has.

In the spring of 2022, due to windfalls amid high oil and gas prices, tax revenues to the budget were record high. However, since spring they have been systematically reduced. According to FinExpertiza, in September, the volume of tax revenues became comparable to that of 2021. Thus, compared with September last year, the volume of receipts increased this year by only 4.1%.

However, in most regions, tax collections in 2022 were still higher than a year ago. Most of all, they grew in St. Petersburg (+29.6 billion rubles), Moscow (+27.1 billion rubles), the Sakhalin Region (+23.7 billion rubles), the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (+14, 7 billion rubles), Moscow region (+13.9 billion rubles), Krasnoyarsk Territory (+7.5 billion rubles), Leningrad region (+6.2 billion rubles), Udmurtia (+5.6 billion rubles. ), Omsk (+5.6 billion rubles) and Nizhny Novgorod (+4.9 billion rubles) regions.

At the same time, in a third of subjects, taxes began to be collected less. The shortfall in tax revenues was recorded in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug (-49.3 billion rubles), Chelyabinsk region (-11.5 billion rubles), Tatarstan (-9.4 billion rubles), as well as in the Tyumen (- 6.7 billion rubles), Belgorod (-5.6 billion rubles), Kaliningrad (-5.3 billion rubles), Sverdlovsk (-5.1 billion rubles), Kursk (-3.9 billion rubles). ), Lipetsk (-3.4 billion rubles) and Orenburg (-2.6 billion rubles) regions.

According to the results of eight months of 2022, high prices for gas and oil, despite the reduction in supply volumes, have brought almost one and a half times more oil and gas revenues to the budget than in 2021. The total amount of such income from January to August amounted to 7.818 trillion rubles, while in the first eight months of 2021 it amounted to 5.466 trillion (an increase of 43%). However, in August, oil and gas revenues fell to the lowest level since June last year – to 672 billion rubles. This is 3.4% lower than in August 2021 (696 billion rubles).
