Federmesser expelled from the Board of Trustees in the social sphere

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree according to which Nyuta Federmesser, the founder of the Vera Hospice Assistance Fund, and Lev Ambinder, President of Rusfond, are expelled from the Government Council on Guardianship in the Social Sphere. The Government Council for Social Care was established in 2012. This is an advisory body created to consider important issues of social protection of citizens in difficult life situations, including orphans and the disabled. The tasks of the Council include: development of charity, preparation of proposals for improving the work of the executive branch in the social sphere; interaction with the boards of trustees of hospitals, hospices, orphanages, orphanages. The Chairman of the Council is Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova.

Also excluded from the Council:

• Natalia Davydova (organizer of volunteer forums and social programs for children with disabilities);

The new members of the Council are:

• Ilona Bronevitskaya (head of the charitable foundation for helping homeless animals “Domashny”);
• Yuri Zhulyov (co-chairman of the All-Russian Union of Patients’ Public Associations);
• Nikita Kovalenko (Chairman of the Board of the public organization for assistance to patients with viral hepatitis “Together Against Hepatitis”);
• Evgeny Kozlovsky (Director of ANO “Center for the development and implementation of digital technologies and rehabilitation programs” Without restrictions “);
