The young midfielder has decent game practice in the youth football league (43 matches) and in the youth league (29 games).

Three years ago, in June 2020, Kashtan, along with 10 other youths of FC Rostov, entered the away game against FC Sochi.

The main part of the team went into quarantine. Rostovites asked to postpone the match. However, the rivals categorically refused to show sporting nobility.
The youth squad went to the match. The game ended with the defeat of “Rostov” with a score of 10:1. Despite the victory, the people of Sochi did not find glory for themselves. But the young men from Rostov were greeted as real heroes who saved the honor of their native club.
