Fayzullin announced the restoration of new territories ahead of schedule

The restoration of new territories in Russia at the end of 2022 can be carried out ahead of schedule, said the head of the Ministry of Construction, Irek Fayzullin.
“Peaceful life is being restored and in the schedules that we have set for ourselves, the government has set, the president. It should be noted that in 2022 this task was completed with some lead,” said Fayzulin (quote according to RIA Novosti).
According to the minister, 42,000 people are restoring new territories, and at peak times the number of builders reached 60,000.
In May, Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin announced plans to restore all the liberated territories of Ukraine. In November, he also reported that the Russian authorities plan to complete a three-year plan to restore multi-apartment housing in Mariupol in two years.
According to him, 28,000 builders are currently working in Mariupol. The work is progressing at a “good pace”, now about 1250 objects are being restored, 150 houses are already ready. Khusnullin pointed out the problem of connecting to networks.
On September 30, the President of the Russian Federation and the heads of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions signed agreements on the regions joining Russia. On October 4, the Federation Council, following the State Duma, ratified all the treaties, and the next day, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed federal laws on the admission of four new subjects to the Russian Federation. Martial law has been introduced in four regions since October 19.
