A father was arrested in the United States for frequently calling his son’s school with questions about lessons.

According to the publication, the American was very upset that his son was given too many lessons in elementary school. The man called the director several times, demanding to understand the situation, but then they stopped answering his calls.

But the upset father did not let up; it occurred to him to complain to the police. Officers eventually responded, but not quite as expected: They went to the man’s home and arrested him on charges of telecommunications harassment and threats.

The American faces a prison term of up to six months and a fine of $1,000.

The complainant denies all accusations against him, stating that he simply wanted to help his son, since he is a single father.
