The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia did not find any advertising of goods and services on the social network VKontakte and on the Zen platform that contained covert propaganda of gender reassignment, demonstrated non-traditional sexual relations or pedophilia. The department announced this in response to a deputy request from the head of the Duma Committee on Family Affairs, Nina Ostanina (RIA Novosti has a copy).
It is also noted that the FAS also received complaints about the Tasty and Point advertisement, which, according to the complainants, demonstrates non-traditional sexual relations. An analysis of the restaurant chain’s advertisements convinced the agency that the advertisements lacked relevant information.
The day before, on May 31, it became known that protocols for the lack of labeling on content containing a demonstration of LGBT people were filed against the online cinemas Start, Premier, as well as the MegaFon operator (co-owner of Start, owner of MegaFon TV).
More about this – in the material “Kommersant” “Content beyond my years”.
