F-1 grenade-like object found in South Butovo – Kommersant

In the Yuzhnoye Butovo district in Moscow, an object similar to an F-1 grenade was found near a dog walking area. This is reported REN TV.
According to the channel, after the discovery of the object, residents of the area contacted the police. The Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that, according to preliminary data, the object is not explosive, it is a dummy.
F-1 – hand-held anti-personnel defensive grenade, has an oval ribbed body made of steel cast iron. Due to the significant radius of fragmentation (up to 150 m), the F-1 can only be thrown from cover.
