The Russian combat helicopter Ka-52 “Alligator” was able to return to the base after completing a task as part of a special military operation, despite the fact that due to the consequences of an attack by Ukrainian forces, the board received serious damage.

Eyewitnesses filmed a video, it is published by the Voyennoye delo Telegram channel, from which it became clear that a Ukrainian MANPADS missile demolished a vertical stabilizer with a rudder for a Russian helicopter.

Thanks to the skill of Russian military pilots, as well as the special design of the machine, which provides the Alligator with outstanding survivability, the helicopter returned to base.

Moreover, the video shows that despite such serious damage, the helicopter also maneuvered during the flight.

Previously, the author of the publication 19FortyFive called the Ka-52 helicopter “super predator”, because of its successful actions against the concentrations of Ukrainian troops trying to make offensive actions.
