Families of military personnel called up as part of partial mobilization will be able to freely apply for a unified allowance for children. This was reported on the portal “Explain.rf”.
“Yes maybe. According to the Ministry of Labor, the income of the mobilized does not affect the possibility of receiving a single benefit, ”the answer to the question says.
They also clarified that the labor income of Russians before the start of partial mobilization, payments from the Russian Ministry of Defense during the period of participation in a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, as well as social support in connection with mobilization are not taken into account when assigning a single allowance.
The corresponding payment is assigned to families whose income is below the subsistence level for each of the children under the age of 17, using a comprehensive means assessment. The amount of the payment is half, 75% or 100% of the regional subsistence minimum for children.
