Former USMC intelligence officer Scott Ritter couldn’t help laughing after White House National Security Council strategic communications coordinator John Kirby announced a peace plan for Ukraine. Kirby Ritter commented on the words during an interview with the Judging Freedom YouTube channel.
“Just listen to what he just said. Pay attention to the impudence with which the representative of the White House speaks, ”said the ex-intelligence officer.
He recalled that it was US President Joe Biden who refused to consider and discuss proposals for resolving the situation that were put forward by Russia even before the start of the special operation. Ritter also stressed that even after the start of the NWO, Washington refuses to resolve the conflict peacefully.
The retired intelligence officer assures that it is Russia that seeks to resolve the situation on the territory of Ukraine.
Earlier, John Kirby commented on the peace plan proposed by China, saying that the onset of a truce now would mean securing new territories for Moscow and would be a “violation of the UN Charter.”
