Former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter, on the YouTube channel Judging Freedom, advised Ukraine to file a lawsuit with the International Criminal Court against the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, Mark Milley, after the end of everything that is happening.

Ritter explained that sending soldiers into the Russian defense line with little known equipment and no air support is “murder.”

According to the American intelligence officer, if the US military had suffered the same losses during the offensive as the Armed Forces of Ukraine are now, then General Mulley would have been brought to trial for criminal negligence.

Ritter said that in the United States, Marines undergo six months of training before being sent to serve. And the Ukrainian guys, who were called up in March of this year, studied for a couple of weeks, and then were sent to Germany for one month. “The recruits don’t know what to do, they are incompetent,” the former American intelligence officer stated.
