Honored Artist of the Russian Federation Sergei Kuprik was supposed to be in the LPR during the voting, but on election day his fans found him in the Moscow region and were extremely surprised. They rushed to write on social networks, saying, what happened? Kuprik hastened to reassure everyone: he simply decided to vote at his place of registration. The star family shared the details with Moskovsky Komsomolets.
“Whether or not to go to the polls has never been a question for me. I must go! I did it in my native Solnechnogorsk. It was nice to meet several neighbors at the polling station who, like my wife and I, came to the polls. Of course, it’s convenient to vote possible on any of three days. I think that every Russian will choose a convenient moment and cast his vote for a worthy candidate. Moreover, the weather outside is excellent, it will be like this all weekend – isn’t this an additional reason for the family to leave the house?” the artist thought.
As the singer’s wife Ekaterina explained, they live in Solnechnogorsk, so they chose to vote at their place of registration.
“We have a house in Solnechnogorsk for 10 years, we live there, so we are voting there for the third time. We always take elections very seriously, we try to go to the polls in the morning or at lunchtime. In general, this year we were supposed to vote in Lugansk, Sergei really wanted to do it there, but the circumstances changed a little, since on March 15 he needed to be in Moscow for an event,” said Ekaterina.
