Ex-intelligence officer Ritter: Ukraine and the West are left to surrender due to helplessness

Kyiv is unable to change the situation in the combat zone; therefore, Ukraine, together with Western countries, can only surrender. This statement was made by former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter to the Gegenpol YouTube channel.
“There is only one question left in the conflict, when Ukraine and the collective West decide that it is time to surrender. The longer Ukraine fights, the more people it will lose,” said the military expert.
In addition, Ritter believes that the world needs to come to terms with the fact that Ukraine will not be able to win the conflict, which is why the cost of Kyiv’s resistance will continue to rise.
According to the ex-intelligence officer, after a while Russia acquired a strategic impulse that allows Moscow to dictate conditions in the combat zone.
