It is specified that the defendant shared information in the colony, which is classified as “top secret”. The employee spoke about the forms and methods of operational-search activities. After that, he was immediately fired.
At the moment, a case has been opened against the Russian under Part 1 of Article 283 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (disclosure of information constituting a state secret). At the same time, as part of the investigation, law enforcement officers could not find signs of treason and espionage in the actions of the former employee of the colony.
