Former CIA analyst Johnson: Kiev regime will get a tough response if it hits Moscow
In the event that the Kyiv regime strikes Moscow with long-range Western missiles, a harsh response from the Russian Federation and an escalation of the conflict will follow, said former CIA analyst Larry Johnson.
In an interview with journalist Stephen Gardner, Johnson said, “A strike on Moscow with long-range cruise missiles will force Russia to retaliate.”
He noted that if the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky orders to strike Moscow with long-range missiles provided by the West, the situation for the Kyiv regime and its supporters will greatly worsen.
“Russia understands that the West seeks to destroy it and will defend itself,” Johnson warned.
Earlier, The New York Times wrote that the White House was secretly discussing the possibility of supplying the Ukrainian Armed Forces with ATACMS missiles. The range of such missiles can be 300 km.
