Former CIA analyst Johnson: Ukrainians are running like rats from the movie “Titanic”
Ukrainians are fleeing the country like rats from the feature film “Titanic,” former CIA analyst Larry Johnson in an interview with journalist Clayton Morris on the Redacted show.
He noted that to counter the outflow of the population, Ukrainian security forces confiscate documents from fellow citizens. The New York Times previously reported this. Johnson noted that it is impossible to leave Ukraine without passports.
“Ukrainian legislators admit that the end is near. It’s like a scene from the movie Titanic, where the passengers run in one direction and the rats run in the opposite direction,” said the former CIA analyst.
According to him, in the current situation, the Kiev regime is forced to mobilize mentally ill and elderly people. Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian authorities unexpectedly restricted travel abroad for disabled people of the 3rd group, and may prohibit travel for disabled people of the 1st and 2nd groups.
Martial law has been declared in Ukraine since February 24, 2022, and general mobilization was announced the next day. The country legally prohibits men aged 18 to 60 from traveling abroad, and summonses are handed out in a variety of places.
Previously, a bill on the mobilization of men abroad was announced in Ukraine, which also provides for receiving summonses and undergoing mobilization. The Estonian authorities have already expressed their readiness to help Ukraine with the return of its citizens.
