As shown survey, conducted by SuperJob, a high-paying job search service, 14% of Russians would prefer to leave the company after their immediate supervisor if he decides to quit. 3% will definitely do this, and another 11% are inclined towards this option. 42% of respondents are not going to quit.

According to the study, representatives of such professions as a nurse, a lawyer, a sales manager, and a chief accountant demonstrate the greatest loyalty to their leader. The share of respondents who are unambiguously ready to follow him in each of these groups exceeds 10%. But for purchasing managers, programmers and storekeepers, an effective tandem with management does not play a special role. Less than 1% of those surveyed showed their readiness to quit unequivocally.
