According to the survey results, every second Russian company will reduce costs. Some corporations are 10%, while others are 50%. conveyed the information Forbes.
Most businesses are planning to cut marketing costs. Half of the companies will refuse souvenirs with their brand, a third of those surveyed will refuse outdoor advertising, and the other 26% will refuse marketing research. Only 11% of enterprises will continue to allocate funds to promote their products.
More than half of the companies are going to reduce costs on logistics. Cost reductions can be achieved by optimizing transport loads and reducing the number of vehicles used. This way, companies can save on vehicle repairs, eliminating leasing and switching from their own trucks to leased ones.
The study clarifies that enterprise management does not intend to reduce employee salaries. Only 5% of respondents will be able to make cuts, and 18% of companies plan to raise salaries. But the majority of respondents say that they are going to reduce bonuses in the new year by 10%.
The survey was conducted at the end of October 2023. 590 companies from different industries took part in it.
