Huawei introduced new tablets, laptops and headphones. Every gadget announced at the global presentation, which this time took place in Dubai, is interesting.

The FreeClip headphone model stands out both among Huawei’s new products and in its category. It has a unique open-type design: it consists of two components connected by an elastic connector. There is even a special name for the latter – C-bridge design.

You can imagine it like this: a bean and a pea are held together by a small horseshoe. The round grain is inserted into the auricle, and the bean behind it. When used, it resembles a clip, but not on the lobe, but above. It is worth admitting that in terms of the fit method, FreeClip is literally headphones.

The developers assure that the new design not only gives users a stylish device, but also ensures comfortable wearing without discomfort. In addition, the design of the left and right earbuds is identical, making them interchangeable. Great news if you lose one of the pair. By the way, during future testing I will definitely check how tightly the new Huawei product holds onto the ears.

In the meantime, FreeClip does not fall off, they are ready to play music for up to 36 hours, the developers promise. This is the maximum taking into account the charge from the case. It’s great that the engineers added noise reduction based on artificial intelligence and the ability to connect to two devices.

The new tablet, the MatePad Pro 13.2 inches, features a lightweight 580g, 5.5mm thickness, OLED display with narrow frames, a special audio solution and support for the third generation stylus.

Another new product, the MatePad Air PaperMatte Edition, has a special anti-glare screen that eliminates light interference and creates the effect of a paper coating.

Huawei representatives briefly describe the latest iteration of the MateBook D 16 laptop as a laptop in a compact case with ample capabilities. For a model with a 16-inch screen diagonal, it sounds intriguing.
