The survey showed that 59% of respondents did not know that the employer has no right to impose monetary fines on employees. According to the Labor Code, the employer can bring to two types of liability – disciplinary and material. For example, reduce or completely deprive the offending employee of the bonus. There is no such thing as a “fine” in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
