About 22% of the Russians surveyed left their previous job due to insufficient wages. Disagreements with management (16%) also became a frequent reason for changing jobs. This is evidenced by the results of a survey of the portal “Work of Russia”, provided to media representatives in the press service of Rostrud.
The top five reasons for dismissal also include a lack of career growth (10%), an inconvenient work schedule (7%), and a lack of understanding with the team (5%). Meanwhile, a significant part of the respondents (36%) noted some “other reasons” in their answers.
The survey was conducted on the portal in December 2022. More than 10 thousand people from all subjects of the Russian Federation took part in a large-scale study.
