In addition to Lavrov, Lukashenko and Szijjarto, the conference on Eurasian security was attended by Secretary of State of the Union State of Russia and Belarus Dmitry Mezentsev, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov, Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia Kairat Sarybai, Russian Ambassador to Minsk Boris Gryzlov, Charge d’Affaires ad interim of China in Belarus Luo Shixiong (he read a message from Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi), as well as Minister for Affairs of the Union Government of Myanmar Ko Ko Hlaing and Minister for Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission Viktor Nazarenko. The forum was also attended by SCO Deputy Secretary General Grigory Logvinov, First Deputy Secretary General of the CIS Leonid Anfimov, as well as Deputy Foreign Ministers of Kazakhstan Roman Vasilenko, Tajikistan Imomi Sodiq Ashurboyzoda and Iran Mohammad Hassan Sheikh Ol-Islami. The International Committee of the Red Cross was represented by its Director of Operations, Martin Shoup. Also present were the ambassadors of the Vatican, Brazil, Hungary, Vietnam, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, Mongolia, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, the Palestinian Authority, Syria, Sudan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and chargé d’affaires of Qatar and Serbia. In addition to high-level officials, the problems of “degradation” of European security and integration in the Eurasian space were discussed by the heads of government think tanks and experts from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, China, Vietnam, Austria, Norway, Switzerland and other countries. Among others, former OSCE Secretary General (until 2020) Thomas Greminger, now director of the Geneva Center for Security Policy, took part in the discussions.
