The United States, Canada and Britain, in parallel with the EU, announced new personal sanctions. The American list includes 18 people, including the former head of the Ministry of Finance and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation Alexei Kudrin.

The British list includes 13 people and companies associated with the activities of PMC Wagner in Africa.

The list of the Canadian government included cultural figures headed by Minister Olga Lyubimova: Nikita Mikhalkov, Ivan Okhlobystin, Yulia Chicherina, Philip Kirkorov, Dmitry Kharatyan, and also Joseph Prigogine.
