Essentuchans prepared 100 kg of field porridge for the participants of the Beshtaugorsk Cross

The Beshtaugor Cross marathon was held last weekend at Beshtau, the press service of the Essentuki administration reports.
Athletes from all over Russia come to the trail running festival. This time more than 350 runners from 72 cities of the country gathered to pass the resort track.
The most experienced athlete is 74 years old, and the youngest is 4 years old. All participants were divided into 5 starts according to the degree of preparedness.
The city administration prepared almost 100 kilograms of buckwheat porridge with meat for all athletes.
According to the results of the sports festival, 8-year-old Sofia Zadorozhnaya from Krasnodar became the first on the children’s track. Andrey Dobdin from Saratov won on light, Ilya Stantsov from Klin won on the traverse, and Maria Lyabikhova from St. Petersburg won on the Beshtaugorsk course. On the most difficult route, Pavel Gusev from Moscow was the first to come.
