Nikolai Ivanov, deputy head of the refereeing department of the RFU, spoke about this on the air of the channel in the program “Rules of the Game”.

ESC RFU also recognized as correct the referee’s decision not to award a penalty to the army team in the 83rd minute for a foul by their defender Igor Diveev on Spartak midfielder Roman Zobnin.

CSKA has 54 points and 2nd place.
