The Turkish President indicated that countries in need managed to supply more than 13 million tons of grain.
10 December Council of the European Union agreed a package of legislative acts necessary to provide macro-financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 18 billion euros in 2023. It is expected that this amount in the form of loans and grants should cover about half of the Ukrainian budget deficit next year.
