Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan appointed the head of the National Intelligence Organization, Ibrahim Kalin, who previously served as its spokesman.
At the same time, the head of the National Intelligence, Hakan Fidan, was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs by Erdogan.
