Enisey football players took to the field wearing T-shirts with stray dogs

Players of the Yenisei Sports Club and the My Dog shelter for homeless animals from Krasnoyarsk held a joint event. This was reported on the football club’s social networks.

On Saturday, September 9, a match took place as part of the 20th round of the Super League. On the football field, the Yenisei players played against Krasnodar. The Krasnoyarsk players entered their home arena wearing T-shirts that depicted dogs in need of owners. As reported on the social networks of the Yenisei Community Foundation, in this way the athletes decided to support the “My Dog” CRWO from Krasnoyarsk.

“The shelter is dedicated to helping and rescuing homeless animals that are in trouble or have suffered at the hands of humans. You can help them by purchasing medicines, food, household supplies, or donate to charity, the post says. – In one calendar year, on average, 60-100 orphans at the shelter go to live with families. Over the years of the organization’s existence, about 430 animals have been placed in new families.”

Let us clarify that before the game the players changed into their sports uniforms. The match ended with a score of 0:2 in favor of the opponent Krasnoyarsk.
