Changes are planned to be made to Art. 24.1 of the Federal Law “On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation”. According to the text of the initiative, various types of state benefits will become available to employers of NWO participants: grants, real estate rental on preferential terms, information support, assistance in finding new partners and other business development tools.
At the moment, social entrepreneurs include small and medium-sized businesses whose staff consists of at least half of socially vulnerable categories of citizens. Such entrepreneurs spend at least 25% of the payroll fund on the wages of socially vulnerable citizens.
Andrey Turchak, head of the working group, in his Telegram channel said that the bill would make the employment of demobilized fighters “more attractive to employers” and “simplify the search for work for those who return from the front to civilian life.” Senator Andrei Kutepov wrote a positive opinion on the initiative.
