The category of experts with the highest salaries also includes real estate agents (they are willing to offer them about 120 thousand rubles per month), brokers and machinists. Milling and grinding operators receive an average of 100 thousand rubles. Representatives of blue-collar professions are increasingly willing to pay more, says Zarplata.ru PR manager Ksenia Nikolaeva:
“All year long we have observed an acute shortage of candidates for working vacancies, and they can be divided into two groups. The first includes low-skilled personnel. We are talking about couriers, packers, order pickers, laborers, and cashiers. The second group consists of highly qualified specialists; the most in demand here are turners, milling operators, computer-controlled machine operators, assemblers, service technicians, as well as drivers of categories C, E, D and special equipment.
The demand for highly skilled workers is due to changes in the economy that have occurred over the past two years. In particular, the growth of government orders and the defense industry has led to an acute shortage of such specialists. The situation is also influenced by the effect of the demographic hole of the 90s and the departure of migrants. The employer simply has nowhere to get the required number of candidates, so they have to compete through monetary means, that is, by endlessly increasing wages.”
The ranking of the most paid professions also includes surveyors and geologists. They have to not only raise salaries, but also attract them with intra-corporate bonuses, says Pavel Semochkin, co-founder of Hektar Group: “There is now a construction boom, including in new territories, and over the past three years there has been a severe shortage of surveyors. The average salary in the northern regions, at complex facilities and large construction sites is 200 thousand rubles. We have a so-called referral program.
There is a currency within the company that we give out for various achievements, including recruiting new employees. Then this virtual currency can be exchanged for voluntary health insurance, fitness, and so on.
Moscow universities provide very high-quality training for specialists. The entire backbone of our company comes from MIIGAiK. The guys come after university and within two or three months become good specialists. But due to a shortage of personnel, we are determined to launch our own academy for training surveyors next year, not only for our company, but also for the wider market. An online course has even been written.”
Previously, HeadHunter reported an increase in demand for multitasking employees, but Superjob experts disagreed with this thesis. Processes in any industry are becoming more complex, so more qualified specialists are required. In particular, interest in multidisciplinary doctors and programmers is declining.
