Employees of the Russian-controlled military-civilian administration (MAC) of the Kharkiv region came under artillery fire from the Ukrainian military, they were not injured, informed Head of the CAA Vitaly Ganchev.
Ganchev clarified in his Telegram channel that the employees of the administration carried out work tasks in the territory of the region controlled by the Russian Armed Forces. As a result of the shelling, one of the service cars was hit by shrapnel, two employees had several scratches.
“Employees of the military-civilian administration were subjected to artillery fire from the armed formations of the Kyiv regime. Despite this, we will continue to work, we will not be intimidated,” Ganchev said in a video message.
The administration of the region “RIA Novosti” also toldthat the shelling took place during the transfer of gifts to residents on the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity.
On September 10, 2022, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the withdrawal of Russian forces from the cities of Izyum and Balakliya in the Kharkiv region for transfer to the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic in order to increase the efforts of the Russian side in the Donetsk direction.
