Ella Pamfilova didn’t find “ugliness” in the elections

Sixteen political parties received mandates and positions in the elections held in Russia on September 9-11, Ella Pamfilova, chairwoman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation (CEC), said. At the same time, United Russia received 77% of all the deputy seats. In 2nd place are self-nominated candidates (14%), in the third place – the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (4%), in the fourth place – “Fair Russia” (3%), in the fifth – the Liberal Democratic Party (2%).
“Average turnout [по стране] amounted to 35%, i.e. more than a third of those who could take part, they directly took part in the vote,” Pamfilova said.
