Faena, an elite hotel in Buenos Aires, does not accept Russians, RIA Novosti reports.
Faena is an Argentine hotel popular with foreign tourists and celebrities. The founder of the corresponding chain of hotels in Buenos Aires and Miami is the Argentinean Alan Faena. The cheapest hotel room costs about $600 per night.
Reportedly, when trying to book a room through Booking, after confirming the reservation, a notification is received about the refusal to provide a room, argued by the “current situation due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.”
The material says that the ban was introduced by order of the parent company, located in Miami. At the same time, restrictions apply only to accommodation in rooms, and Russians can visit the restaurants and spa center of the hotel without restrictions.
