Elista celebrated the 40th anniversary of rhythmic gymnastics in Kalmykia

A festive concert was held in the capital of Kalmykia in honor of the 40th anniversary of rhythmic gymnastics in the republic.
Its origins in the region were Larisa Gaivoronskaya, Honored Worker of Physical Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Master of Sports of the USSR in rhythmic gymnastics. At the concert, the young graces showed bright and exciting performances with balls, jump ropes, hoops, clubs and ribbons.
Guests of honor came to congratulate the gymnasts and coaches. Among them were Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics Alina Makarenko, master of sports, honored coach of Russia Anna Dyachenko, five-time world champion and seven-time European champion, bronze medalist of the Olympic Games in Atlanta Olga Chistyakova.
